Welcome to Bharat Digital Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to your use of bharatdigital.store and to any digital product you buy from us, including the 10 Lakh Reel Bundle. By visiting our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or buy our products.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be legally able to enter into a contract in India. You agree to give correct and complete information when you place an order.
2. Our products
We sell digital products only. Nothing is shipped to you physically. The 10 Lakh Reel Bundle is a collection of ready-to-post video reels and bonus packs, delivered as a digital download. We try to describe our products accurately, but categories, file counts and the contents of bonus packs may change or be updated over time.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Offer prices and discounts are available for a limited time and may change or end without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your order is confirmed only after your payment is successful.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment, you receive a download link on screen and by email. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by a wrong email address, a full inbox or a spam folder. If you do not receive your link, contact us and we will help you.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy the bundle, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the content.
You may:
- Download and keep the files for as long as you want.
- Post the reels on your own social media pages, such as Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and use them for your own business or content.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the bundle or any of its files, in full or in part, as a product, a bundle or a download link.
- Upload the files to file-sharing sites, Telegram channels, drives or marketplaces for others to download.
- Claim that you created the original content, where credit is required.
We may cancel your access if you break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including our name, logo, text and design, belongs to Bharat Digital Store or its licensors. Buying a product gives you the right to use it as described above. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
7. Third-party platforms
You are responsible for following the rules of any platform where you post the content, such as Instagram, YouTube or Facebook. We do not control these platforms, and we do not promise that any content will go viral, get views or earn income. Results depend on your effort, your audience and platform policies.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Because digital products can be downloaded immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you were charged but did not receive your product, were charged twice, or face a technical problem we cannot fix, contact us within 3 days of your purchase and we will resolve it or refund you. Refunds, where approved, go back to your original payment method and may take [5 to 7] working days.

10. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Try to hack, damage or disturb the website or its security.

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep everything working and accurate, but we do not promise that the website will always be free of errors or interruptions, or that the content will suit every purpose. Your use of the products is at your own risk.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bharat Digital Store is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of reputation arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not be more than the amount you paid for that product.
